• To display property listings and facilitate buyer–seller contact
• To process payments through Razorpay for premium plans or featured listings

• Sellers / Buyers: Your contact details are shared only when you choose to reveal them (e.g., clicking “Show Contact” on a listing).
• Razorpay: Payment data is passed to Razorpay solely to process transactions. Their privacy policy governs that data.
• Service providers: Cloud hosting (e.g., AWS / Hetzner) and email delivery providers acting as data processors under our instructions.
• Legal requirements: Competent authorities when required by applicable Indian law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of OneSpaces or its users.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or accounting purposes (typically up to 7 years for financial records under Indian law).

Property listing data may be retained in anonymised or aggregated form for analytics after deletion.

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit, hashed password storage, and role-based access controls. Sensitive payment processing is handled entirely by Razorpay and is PCI-DSS compliant.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach that affects your rights and freedoms, we will notify you as required under applicable law.
